Upcoming exhibition

Our exhibition for February is "Crossing the Line: Cecil College Art and Design Faculty Exhibition" with exhibiting artists Maggie Creshkoff, Brittany DeNigris, Mark Donohue, Adam Jacono, Jeremy Jirsa, Mary Johnson, Joe Netta, James Newby, Joshua Schaefer, Mary Targonski, Brett Thomas, and Lauren Vanni.


The opening reception will be Friday, February 21st, 5-8 pm. The exhibition will be up from February 21-March 13.

Emerging Artist

Our Emerging Artist for February is Joanne Funkhouser. Joanne Funkhouser lives and works in Philadelphia. She currently attends the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts where she transferred from community college. Her solo exhibition titled 'Exploring Color' opens Third Friday, February 21st, 5-8 pm. Her exhibition will be on display from February 7th to February 28th. Visit her website

5k Cross Country

color run

Our first annual 5k Cross Country Color Run fundraiser hosted by Vicki and Wilson King of Outback Trading Company will take place at the residence of Vicki and Wilson King at 1140 Chrome Road, Oxford PA, 19363 on March 28th, 2020 with registration at 9 am and the run will begin at 10 am, rain or shine. This event will be untimed, encouraging everyone to attend, from families to athletes.

The Oxford Arts Alliance offers music lessons to student members. All lessons are private, half hour lessons taught by professional instructors. We offer group music classes and jam sessions throughout the year. We team up with Cecil College for our recitals and The Lighthouse for lessons!

Creativity is key here at the Oxford Arts Alliance! We've expanded our offerings for private art lessons to categorize student interest! Please check out our new listings! We offer many art clubs and classes, workshops, and summer camps to kids of all ages! We partner with Octoraro Art Association to provide Clay Camp during the summer! Enjoy our adult art programs, including figure drawing, oil painting, watercolor, and more! Everyone needs to get a little creative sometime! Gather your friends for weekly class to learn watercolor techniques, or join us for one night for a figure drawing workshop - we love exploring new mediums and if you're interested in teaching an adult workshop, contact us! We're always looking for middle to high school students to volunteer with us during the summer for summer camps and we're accepting applications now! If you're an ambitious teen looking to earn community hours for school, please visit this page and sign up to volunteer with us for a week of camp, building props, or helping with our agenda leading up to the Connective Arts and Music Festival!

Written, directed, and produced by the sister and brother team of Elan and Jonathan Bogarin, the documentary sweeps the viewer through a magical realist journey as the siblings undertake an archeological excavation of their late grandmother’s house.
