In this hands-on pop-up class, students will explore the art of creating three-dimensional floral designs directly on cake using buttercream and specialized palette knives.
Participants will learn color mixing techniques and how to craft roses, chrysanthemums, foliage, and other expressive floral designs—guided step-by-step, with plenty of room for creativity.
This class is designed for ages 10 and up and is beginner-friendly.
Tickets: $25 per person
All materials are included: cake, container, buttercream, and palette knives.
Open to all skill levels, ages 10+ (participants under 14 must be accompanied by an adult).
Wyncote’s bar and kitchen will be open during the event for food and drink purchases.
